Roshan Doug is an educational speaker and often invited to give talks in conferences and to students in schools and higher education facilities about his vision of a creative education model. As Birmingham Poet Laureate, Roshan has performed at the ArtsFest, 2001/02 and has been a regular resident and schools' poet at Ledbury Poetry Festival, 2001-2007. He has performed and judged poetry competitions for publications including Express and Star and Asiana and British schools and colleges such Halesowen College, City College, Birmingham, Solihull College, Birmingham University, UCE and Queen Mary's Grammar School, Walsall as well as having done work in Delhi University and private and public schools in Jalandhar, India.
